VUMA SADV firber. REFUND

I paid for VUMA SADV fireber on the 3rd of Aprile 2024. They told me they will come on the 5th Aprile 2024 to install but no one came. They came the following week in the 12, but they didn't install cause the people who came to install said the pole outside is at fualt it needs technician to come fix it, then they will come again. No technician came till i contacted them again about the matter. They sent someine to come and install again without someone to fix the technical problem.

The second people who came to install they left without installing again saying the same thing about the technical issues they have with the Wi-Fi pole outside. Days pass, weeks pass, Months pass. I decided to file for refund cause they failed to solve the issue and install my Wi-Fi. Mean while they already have my money.

I kept on contacting them about my refund and they kept on saying its in process. Its September now and i haven't got my money back and i haven't got my Wi-Fi which i paid for on the 3rd of Aprile. And no one is helping me with this its been 5 months now and seemingly am not gonna get my money back and am not getting my refund back, am angry and ****ed with this cause its not fair at all. I just want my money back
