Vuma is a **** !!!!

I paid vuma on the 21st and it only worked for 5 days , I tried contacting them but they are not even responding, they even drop calls even if I sent the proof of payment, I am very disappointed in their service and I want my refund back since they are failing to keep their promise by providing a service they promised
