Very very bad service

I app**** for Vumatel through their consultant Mbali in Dobsonville. I did send to her all the necessary documents. She chose SADV without giving me an option to choose a service provider. A month down the line I still have not received the installation even after I have communicated via calls and emails with Busi Mathe and the guy that works with her. I just I could have read the reviews first before I app****.
