Very Poor Service shama

I already made a payment but they don't reconnect my WiFi (Vuma/SADV). I have what'sapp them but as soon I send them proof of payment they don't come back to me. Someone by the name of Debbie called me to say they will reconnect me but this they don't. They don't even have a call centre to quiry. They are not like DSTV when you make your payment immediately it reconnect itself. They are so unprofessional shame.
