VERY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE!

I paid for services on the 7th March 25 but we are still not connected. Got hold of the other WhatsApp - *** they contacted us but nothing has been resolved. We can’t even call into their call center if they even have for assistance. This is VERY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE. I want my refund, and I’m canceling your services.
