Very angry customer

Can i please get assistance please my wifi has been off since morning its not even appearing on any smart device, i didn't even receive communication if there is a problem so could better prepare myself, the only customer care i can get is through WhatsApp I've been waiting for them to connect me to live chat agent till 3pm i have never missed any payment and dont understand what i have done to them i use the Fibre because i work from home and i havent been able to log in since morning even after i try to text multiple times with different phones still no help this might cost me my job.. I want them to come and take their ****py services refund me my money so i can find a more reliable Fibre service because they csnt assist me
