Useless support and service

Honestly shocking service Fromm SADV , we have been trying to get fibre from them for months but they never follow up or help you. Both Vodacom and a third party contractor for VOX telecoms have confirmed that SADV is the sole fibre provider in our area but when you contact SADV they say no they don’t have fibre rights for that address.
