cell c rep phoned me 27-03-2019 to confirm that our aria went live (6 sinclair rd, lambton germiston.) so i mailed sadv to inquire when the final install will take place as we have been waiting since oct'2018. from Oct'2018 we had promises next week , next week , next week. its 6 months later. what the hell is going on surely when people sighn up with contracts you are going to make sure they get connected asap. i do understand that sometimes big projects are getting pushed, but six monthes that is useless. And your company dont even keep the customers up to date. please get some one in management to contact me with answers

03 Apr 2019, 09:53Hi Duncan, firstly, we would like to apologize for the delays on our project build in Lambton. Unfortunately, we were not happy with the build quality and therefore, we delayed the go-live date, to ensure that the quality was of our high standards and according to spec set. However, the area is now live. We have commenced installation booking this week and are scheduling according to sign up order. Therefore, those who ordered first, will be installed first. Our technical coordinator will contact you once she has reached your spot in the queue. Our first orders were placed in September, so we should be near your spot in the queue within the next 4 weeks.
