Useless ISP

I'm very disappointed with SADV, they are a very useless ISP. I paid my Vuma with Easypay using my Capitec pay, the payment did not reflect but it went through and I even have a proof of payment. I since logged a call Friday very early in the morning. SADV told me it will be resolved in the next 24-48hrs, but it's been 4 days now and every time I do a follow up all consultants tell me they escalating the matter. No ref number nothing, escalation everyday but it doesn't get to anyone to help. Please assist I'm tired, *** Kabelo
