Useless.

The call center agents are extremely rude and unhelpful. When asked to assist with an account inquiry the agent was rude and said that it is an accounts problem not his. Not to mention the lack of communication, there was a problem with one of the payments and instead of asking to rectify the issue they just cut off the Wi-Fi with zero notice. Often the Wi-Fi is extremely slow. Will definitely not use them in the future. I am extremely unhappy.
