Useless
So after another month of waiting I call SADV today 25th March 2019. I first called at 09:00am spoke to a lady there regarding our installation, she said she will ask the technical coordinator regarding the installation and get back to me. I waited till 12:50pm still no feedback so i deided to call back. I spoke to a gentleman and asked him regarding the installation so he puts me on hold and asks the technical coordinator also, now firstly i dont know if this technical coordinator is a real person or a robot, who knows. Finally he gets back to me and says the technical coordinator doesnt know when it will be installed and that I must just wait. WOW !!! as a new customer and you telling me to wait. What the hell is happening ? Maybe someone should go further and take SADV to the cleaners cause obviously they dont want or need anymore clients and they want to close down and give opportunity to other companies who want to serve clients.

26 Mar 2019, 15:34Hi Garron, Elsburg is officially live. Installations are being scheduled this week. However, we are installing customers according to sign up date. There are customers who signed up at the beginning of October and upon checking the list, your order is number 48 in the queue. This is unfortunately, the reason why we cannot give a date. We will schedule installs daily, but will only contact you once we get to your order in the queue.
