Urgent Refund

I made payment for reconnection on the 1 July 2024 till date no one has pitched, had requested refund nothing yet as well. I am working from home now u can imagine how stressful it is to not have connections main purpose of having fibre at home is convenience and cost saving. I am really upset 😡 I need my refund urgently if they planning to give me service. I am going to take further steps and lay my case with the ombudsman maybe that will help. I need Management to follow up on this matter or I dare you 😤.
