Upgrade cancelation not actioned

Upgrade cancelation not actioned. I requested for an upgrade and later noticed that it was to the wrong package and I requested that be canceled and take me back to my original package or give me the package I want that hasn't been done and as a result I don't have any services active and I can't work and your whatsapp service is pathetic no ever knows what they doing there I need to be downgraded so can payment can be made to the correct package ASAP but Sadv hardly ever takes their customers seriously
