Unreliable service! Empty promises!

Ticket was logged and closed without me being assisted. Was then told that a new one has to be issued and I must wait another 48 hours. Why was it closed when my line was not fixed? When I ask why it was closed no one can answer or account for it. I was sent from pillar to post. Asked for supervisor or number I can contact and was told they do not have a number. Was told that there’s nothing they can do but to issue a new ticket! 48 hours later I’ll be told the same excuse again! It has been 3 days now. Worst part no one can tell me what the problem is.
