Unhappy

My account was debited overnight between 25th and 26th Nov 2022. I contacted then on their whatsapp number for them to switch on my wifi, even called their ***, they just put me on hold the line disconnects. I have not had internet the whole day 26th and 27th, no agent has contacted me.
