Unhappy client

Less caring company for their clients,made a payment 8 days later still no connection, whenever I reach out to them through their WhatsApp line they give me run arounds,one consultant will tell about how my payment isn't existing,the other tells you it's existing and they working on it. SADV and Vumatel useless.
