unhappy client

it is a struggle to get hold of this internet provider, you WhatsApp they don't reply, you send messages on Facebook they don't respond and they don't even have a landline to call. I need assistance with my password but I am not getting any joy every month they get their money with no hassle but when you need them they are nowhere to be found. It is like dealing with a ghost. Can someone please assist me, this is so frustrating.
