Unfairly charged

I payed at November for installation. I waited for months for Sadv to install with no luck. On March they deduct some funds from my account, when I ask them, they say I have installation. They send 2 guys to check, i was told they would come back. I've been trying to get my refund from them up until now no one is helping me

I want my money
