Unable to speak to anyone able to assist with scheduling my installation.

I've tried to find out when my ONT/CPE installation would take place but its impossible to reach anyone in the company that is able to assist in this matter. All operation managers, site managers, project managers never answer their phones and the people that is assigned to the work is either on leave or not completing the tasks. I've placed an order on the 25th of February and still havn't received any feedback or call for a setup date.
