Trying to cancel my account - worst service!

I've been trying to contact someone about cancelling my account for two weeks now, and I've emailed every different support address provided - but nothing comes from it. I've tried to call your customer service and end up waiting for 30 minutes without the queue moving once. This company doesn't even deserve 1 star. Would love it if someone from SADV could contact me ASAP. It seems like you need to give them a bad review to actually hear back. I WANT TO CANCEL MY ACCOUNT.

Thanks SADV - let's see how long it takes. It's really sad that all of your customers have to complain on social media and escalate their issues here in order to get any response. Crossing fingers this time I will hear back and be able to cancel immediately.
