Total lack of communication of go live dates.
I have never come across a company that can miss deadlines as SADV. My neighborhood was trenched last year and first deadline for go live was middle October. SADV keep moving the go live and do not respond to Facebook questions. Calling the call center they do not have answers
How do you build confidence and Return on Investment if you do not communicate with future customers.
