Ticket number - SA656309

I logged a refund on 13/08/2025, and to date, I still haven't received my refund. I sent a watsapp to the *** number and was told they will get back to me within 24/48 hours, and I didn't get an update. Now I am told to wait 14 more days to get the refund. How ?
