This company must close... Stop accepting pathetic and apathetic as an acceptable level of service

A company that deserves no business whatsoever. To the point My 65 year old mother living in a complex in Greenstone was charged for installation and a monthly fee. HOWEVER no installation, router etc was even given over.. She signed nothing, she simply put in her request to have it set up and obviously provided banking details.

She queried it and was sent pillar to post to no avail.

I sent a mail where I explicitly stated that she NEEDS THE Service. But instead of even attempting to make good they simply stated "refund processed with a 14 to 21 day waiting period"

So they rob you, never provide a service, cash in and hope nobody notices (my mother is not tech savvy or great with dealing with providers) and as a company they have the moral and legal obligation to provide a service and assist. It is truly pathetic.

Do not use this company. If you work for this company, leave it now as it is a smear on your character as a human being. We in South Africa need to stop accepting pathetic as an acceptable level of service.
