I have been billed for a fibre connection that was never installed worse in a complex that I moved out of over a year ago. I have emailed, called went to their offices but still they are still debiting my account and no refund. I'm so livid with these people who are *****ing my money, they owe me over R3000. They promised to pay but never did. They promise to get back to me but they never do.
