They don't know what they're doing, bold promises, no service

I've been on the phone calling every week since mid June 2020, holding for close to 15min at a time, just to be told that my router is with dispatch. Its been with dispatch for the past 4weeks. I cant keep wasting my airtime like this. Sales don't even have the decency to send out communication to clients stating what the delay is and apologizing to clients for keeping them waiting like this. We are not here to teach you how to operate your business, this is basic customer services!! And your service is POOR!
