The worst service provider

The worst company I have ever dealt with!!!

Received my router today after days of tracking my order and following up myself.

Now the router does not connect to the fiber line. The call centre is a wait of over an hour just to get through. The call centre agents don't help and keep you on hold until you cut the call.

Absolutely ridiculous service. A nightmare for any new customer. So disappointing.
