The worst ISP by far
The absolute worst ISP I have ever come across. I got a router but no one ever came to install. I phoned 4 times and was assured that a technician would be at my house at a certain time to install. no one ever arrived. After the 4th attempt I gave up and phoned to cancel my account. I was given a reference number but nothing happended (after a month of phoning and emailing). I can't even sign on with another ISP because SADV hasn't released my line. It has been over a month now. And just to add insult to injury, I have been on the phone on hold for 25 minutes waiting for someone to assist me! I am beyond angry
