Terrrible intermittent network

I've been using home fibre for over 4 years. I've used Vumatel as a fibre provider and another ISP for over 2 years and the service and reliability of the network was always good and highly reliable. However, the service and reliability from SA Digital Villages has been subpar. The connection keeps dropping and the internet is constantly intermittent. It is incredibly difficult to work from home. I don't know how many times I've had to work at a coffee shop. The network is definitely not reliable to use for work from home.
