Terrible Service

My internet is down today my services have been terminated apparently. I tried to call the numbers *** and *** but found that the numbers can no longer be found. Tried to connect to an agent on their WhatsApp and it's been well over an hour since I have been waiting for a response.

I have received zero communication from SADV, I do not even know why my services have been terminated.
