Terrible service

Shocking lack of service, think your ceo or senior manager needs to start reveiwing the tipe of staff they employee who have such little concern for Client service. Team leader in the tech department has such a no can do attitude. Cant believe this firm operates this way and is still in business. Get out of the market if you have dont want to service your clients cause there is lots of other service providers wanting our business.
