Terrible SADV services
We have been without internet since before the 20th of February. SADV is our line provider and we use cool ideas. Cool ideas has escalated our configuration issues with SADV and they keep saying it is ok. It obviously isn't as with cable connection I receive less than 1 mb upload and download speed. I am paying for unshaped 10mb upload and download. They cannot be contacted and are completely useless. Can someone please set up another fibre line in joburg south. Gleneagles. Sadv are really bad service providers

25 Feb 2019, 09:54Good day Adarsh, we received the escalation on Friday afternoon around 16:31pm. Our team has looked into the issue and we have seen that our fibre levels are running correctly. However, we have escalated back to Cool Ideas this morning. They need to run a final test and show it still have the same results, we will set up a site meeting, with yourself, our team and Cool Ideas, so the line can be tested on site and any issue can be solved at the same time.
