Terrible fibre provider

The last 2 months has been a complete joke. Down every week, no reason why, their support line is always busy, you spent HOURS on hold waiting to talk to a person. Since the merge with Vumatel it’s been terrible days. It’s down as we speak since the morning and they don’t have an ETR.
