Terrible customer service
Until you stop lying to your customers, I will come here once a month and leave a 1-star review. Why are you misleading customers about your "24-hour" customer service? I've requested assistance 3 times, for 3 days in a row only for your agents to answer me the following day and end the chat before I have stated my problem.

You are ****ming and *****ing from people. Your so-called agents take hours to respond and even then, they end the chat before solving the problem.
