Terrible Customer Service

Non existent customer service. We were looking for the ONT box and/or router to be installed in a certain area of the house which was convenient for us, however, the installation team installed it where it was most convenient for them and when trying to contact them to come in and change it, we are met with nothing but attitude, being put on hold for 40 minutes+ and then if you are lucky enough to get through to a staff member, they tell you the same thing over and over, rather than trying to find a solution for the problem.

SADV just looks to pass blame along and they are not responsive to any problems you may encounter.

Anyone looking for fiber solutions, I urge you to stay FAR away from SADV, in both infrastructure or as an ISP.

Worst service ever.
