Technical issue incomplete my WiFi still offline

My network disconnected and technician was sent out he installed a new router and it's still not working today is the 3rd of September I'm using my own data that I have bought while I paid for WiFi that will not be refunded I need to understand what kind of business is this? I use WiFi for school work so what should I do? Can this be sorted ASAP!!
