STILL NO FIBER!!!!!!!!!!!

I moved From Mweb to SADV, I paid for the fiber on the 28th of December 2021. My Mweb Fiber got disconnected last week Monday i contacted SADV telling them about the matter and that i moved to their service provider. one of the consultants told me that my payment was allocated to the wrong address and that he will escalate this matter after him i spoke to about 4 more consultants but still today there is no service being provided. I don't understand where the hassle is cause i already have the modem. SO YEAH THIS IS A VERY ****TY SERVICE PROVIDER PERIOD!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
