Thank you for your swift reply on hellopeter however it takes your company 3 weeks to reply a personal email... with that said it's been ANOTHER two days now and still no communication from your side regarding my query ?

I have also picked up you confirmed according to my data on your side I have a 50/50 line however after checking it it’s definitely a 20/20 line?
This was upgraded THREE MONTHS AGO? How do you explain that?
