Signed up, but impossible to reach someone re fibre build

<p>SADV is contracted to install fibre in my complex. I signed up for the fibre build, which was supposed to happen in March. I've been following up to see when the installation will take place, and cannot get any feedback. I've called numerous times in the last month, left messages, and no one gets back to me. I have called 3 times today, been on hold, and the line disconnects.</p> <p>SADV are the sole contractors for fibre roll-out, so I *have* to deal with them if i want connectivity. </p> <p>What does a person have to do to get connected???</p>
