Sick and Tired of Incompetence.

Being with SADV has been the most painful experience for almost 3 years.On a monthly basis we are sent a reminder for payment with endless cases opened and closed and just sick of it.We then have to provide POP to their *********** account department.Today again they have suspended our services and we have paid and never missed a payment in close to 3 years and always paid before due date.
