Shockingly bad service

i have been trying to have fibre cables installed for more than 6 weeks now and the SADV team has been super *********** and uninterested in making this happen! I have been viligent in following up regularly and the progress is super slow and really non excistent and they don't seem to be to bothered with providing decent service either?! They clearly don't need the business, but unfortunately as the estate management team decided they're the best choice we are stuck with them and have to manage them daily to try and make it happen, 6 weeks of this and not sure how much longer it will take! Contract states installation will be completed in 2 weeks, lies all lies I tell ye!! Amazing that in this day and age where companies should be desperate for revenue they still don't realize that good service is crucial for their excistence!

Good Day Leana,
In response to your above complaint:
- The SADV team has been super *********** and uninterested in making this happen: This is absolutely not true. My technical Co-ordinator has sent you numerous emails detailing her efforts to reach your below units for access. this after her many follow ups to obtain the contact details in the first place (POPI Act prevents us from having this at our disposal), she has even escalated this to the Estate Management Office which you were made aware of and thanked her for on Friday, before you wrote this post).
- I have been viligent in following up regularly and the progress is super slow and really non existent and they don't seem to be to bothered with providing decent service either: if the estate was developed in such a way that the fibre cannot be pulled to your unit without access from the below unit what would you have us do? the technical co-ordinator has RECORDS of her attempts to contact unit 22 - both phone and email records, to which she has received no reply. this is not within our control?!
- Contract states installation will be completed in 2 weeks: I personally discussed this lead time with you and our contract was immediately amended to accommodate daisy chain sites (I refer to our email correspondence of 14th Feb 2017).
- Good service is crucial for their excistence!: I would like to ask you, based on my above response, where contact details entail a timely process to obtain (due to POPI), denied access is completely out of our control, and feedback is limited until we ACTUALLY have a response from access units, how would you justify this as "Shockingly Bad Service" and how would you handle it differently?
