Shattered

I am so disappointed by this service provider they have rather took a lot from me had my WiFi installed last week Friday however I still don't have connection they giving me a run around I'm asking for my refund but no assistance they keep bringing different technicians who are not able to do their job. Can I just have my refund and this removed I already lost my job from this whole thing please please
