Service sucks

Since the router was installed on 5th of December it's not working until now. They've been sending me username and password so i can connect but what they've been sending doesn't appear on WiFi settings and when i try to talk to them still I'm not assisted. They keep on transferring me to different agents doing the same procedure, telling that i should wait for 30 days and i payed for the Wi-Fi and i haven't even use it coz it's not activated. No one is willing to assist me
