Service cut off and poor customer service

I have been using the SADV vuma wifi services for quite some time and paying on the 24th of every month and have never been cut. On the morning of the 23rd before 5am I find out that I have been cut off. The agent on the WhatsApp line says he doesn't see anything wrong with it. What a bitter last bite
