Ordered Fibre 3 MONTHS ago, which they said was available in my area, still waiting for the installation, and after like a million calls to enquire, my wait continues. Hopefully I'm still alive when they eventually take me seriously.

26 Sept 2019, 16:01Hi Nigel, unfortunately, your complex is not live. A survey has not been set-up yet with your body corporate and our projects team. Therefore, planning has not yet commenced either. Only once both has been completed, will we be able to start the build. Once the build is complete, then we can install you.
