**** & ***** Alert

I've received numerous emails and phone calls over the past few months from SADV, Vumatel, and from an email not even officially associated with SADV *** - which all claim that I owe them almost R7000 for installation costs and threatening to hand me over to the bureau or cut off my internet.

Firstly, I live in a complex and I am not the owner of the property. Therefore I'm not responsible for the account.

Secondly, my ISP is Afrihost, therefore I pay them monthly for the internet.

Thirdly, I've sent and forwarded and phoned so many times with proof of payment and signed documents that all expenses have been paid in 2018 & 2019. I have a signed agreement between SADV and the Body Corporate and from the owner of the property that no installation fee will be charged if signed before a specific date (which it was).

It does not matter how many times I've tried to get to the bottom of this, it never gets sorted. It has been months!!! I feel I've been harassed by this company with wrongful accusations and when I reply to their emails with proof I hear nothing back. I've phoned your accounts department and they have confirmed that I have no outstanding debt.

How many vulnerable people have you ****med out of thousands by threatening them? If I did not know any better and was a bit more gullible I might have been ****med out of my money as well for fear of being persecuted. But this is surely not legal??

This has caused me great distress and I will take legal action if I continue to receive emails or calls from SADV without this issue being resolved ASAP.

I suggest you review all your department for breaches in personal info and for *****. This is just ridiculous!
