SADV/VUMATEL The Pits!!!!

They promise you interrupted network when you sign up with them, but what you receive will be the total opposite of what they are promising. Their consultants are also *********** and do not put themselves in your shoes to try and assist you, all they do is give you dismissive responses when you call them to log a fault. It's been an entire 2 days without network service, I have no idea how they expect me to carry with my duties when they are failing to meet up to the expectation of providing me with service. All I have been getting is that "our technicians are working on it". SADV is the pits I tell you!!!! The worst of them all. I regret ever signing up with them and can't wait for this month end when my contract ends.
