Sadv(SA digital villages)fibre worse than Telkom adsl.

SADV is far worse than Telkom was ever. I have only been a client since the 1st of December 2019 up to now and have not had one month of good service that the line does not drop or speeds are inconsistent. In December 2019 for 2 weeks every day the line dropped at times between 2-4pm and then came back online at times between 8-9 pm like clockwork, then January the line dropped for 1 week no service at all, the SADV sent their contractors Net44 to rewire the street and block again, they sent a technician who said my line was fine now. Then it dropped again. Now beginning of February line is down again. Sadv so pathetic and useless, my are is Brackendowns, Alberton. Here is the best, Vumatel, Openserve are also in brackendowns just not street yet all clients with them are running fine. I know this cause I belong to a whatsapp group called Alberton internet chat. Just so wish hellopeter can have a no star review,i don't even want to give this company one star.

Good day Tyrone, unfortunately the last six issues in your area have not been in our control, as they have been on our backhaul provider's network - including damage by the municipality. We understand the frustration that you, as a customer, feels as your line is not stable and we have put measures in place to rectify as quickly as possible, but unfortunately, only manage our network and not the network that links to ours. Please also note that we have had no issues in your area in February, so please log a ticket with your ISP, as it may be an isolated incident.
