SADV's Ignatius is a customer service queen!

This is specifically to praise a lady who helped me today after my service was wrongly suspended. Her name is Ignatius - I hope that's the correct spelling. This is the second month I've had my service wrongly suspended and I was ready to go to war. Ignatius is simply disarming. Not only is she competent, her friendly and fami**** disposition is refreshing. SADV better give that lovely woman a Bells AND a raise. Customer service is 90% of the game and she's a star.
