SADV: Worst Provider, Failure to cancel contract

Despite numerous attempts to cancel services with SADV due to their fiber line's inadequate performance and unsatisfactory service, my requests have been consistently disregarded. They are refusing to release my line, preventing me from switching to a different provider. Their connectivity is deliberately slowed down, resulting in a highly unsatisfactory and unreliable service. I urgently require my line to be cancelled.
