SADV-VUNATEL worst service ever

I am having the worst experience with SADV once again. Some vumatel tech came to change all the boxes in our complex. At least 30% of the ppl who had wifi are now left with no WiFi wince yesterday when they came. No answer on the phone and no response to website queries. They removed a router from my house and did not pit a router in. I am not sure how the idiot taht came to work there expects us to have internet with no router. If something is not broken then dont change it...This is the worst service I have received from an ISP. I would not advise anyone to use their services irrespective what the price is.
